5. Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by written request via email to support@primescoresolutions.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, and design elements on this site are property of Prime Score Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Score Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services or website.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Refunds

Because our services begin immediately after your credit audit or onboarding, setup fees are non-refundable.


Monthly service fees cover administrative time and dispute work already performed and are generally non-refundable once work begins.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@primescoresolutions.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds for billing errors will be promptly corrected.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@primescoresolutions.com.
Cancellations submitted fewer than 3 business days before the next billing date may result in one final charge before termination.

3. Trial Offer Policy

If you enroll in a trial plan, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid continuation billing. After the trial expires, the account automatically converts to the regular plan unless canceled.
